Introduction

QF3000 is specially designed for sunflower seeds processing: cleaning, de-stoning and calibrating. In the cleaning part, we use double air-channel to remove light impurities and empty seeds pneumatically. The de-stoner is designed with frequency adjuster so that users can make adjustment with different seeds. The calibrator’s multi-layer screens classify sunflower seeds to different sizes.

By changing screens, the machine can also be used to process other crops like bean, corn, linseed, etc.

I. Cleaner:

The cleaner SC75 can sort out smallest seeds and light impurities. It is movable as well as the elevator so that the machine can be moved with less manpower. We use enhanced vibration base to support the larger motors. The entrance and exit of the machine are covered with watching windows.

II. De-stoner

This machine DS60 is kind of gravity separator. In the force of air, seeds and stones are suspending in different level and then move in different directions under the vibration force.

Controlled by a frequency inverter, the vibration as well as the air volume can be changed according to different seeds.
